We’ve specifically curated our tours to suit all levels of fitness, experience and also time and budget. From our one-day experiences, two-day mini escapes all the way through to an epic grade 5-day experience, there’s something for everyone!

What fitness do I need?
The tracks we traverse on our guided hiking tours are known as ‘multi-terrain.’ That highly generic term basically means we will encounter rocky paths, creek crossings, elevated mountain roads, and shaded bush trails, some of which will be through uneven, undefined terrain. Naturally, each tour is different, with an increasing intensity scale from moderate - epic, but for all our tours, we highly recommend at least a basic level of fitness.
We want you to enjoy your experience and learn to love hiking - not embark on a walk of torture in which you're asking yourself "did I really pay for this?"
That's why we developed our specialised 8-week training plan. Designed in consultation by one of Sydney's leading personal trainers, it's a combination of both HIIT and weight training to help build the key muscles to get you up those mountains. The training plan is included in all tour bookings and consists of 2 specialised strength days, 2 HIIT workouts and a daily step target.
